Job Summary
The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources and administrative operations in a facility management company. The role involves handling employee records, recruitment coordination, payroll support, compliance, and ensuring smooth HR processes for both site-based and corporate staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Support recruitment activities including screening, onboarding, and induction
- Coordinate manpower deployment for sites in coordination with operations teams
- Assist in payroll inputs, wage calculations, and statutory compliance
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and grievances
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and contract labor regulations.
- Maintain vendor, contract, and manpower records
- Support performance reviews, training coordination, and employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for audits
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of HR/Admin experience (facility management preferred)
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, PF, ESI, and contract manpower handling
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Ability to manage multiple sites and large workforce
